Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 due to the fact I am owed a check for $2206 now for 19 days after I was told I would get it. I understand that getting the check 2 days after my purchase is not realistic owed a check for $2206 now for 19 days after I was told I would get it. I understand that getting the check 2 days after my purchase is not realistic even though that is what I was told, but since then I have been given the run around by every single person in finance, told I would be called back, told I would have the check in a few days, basically anything but an honest answer. Not a single person has reached out to me. The only way I have any comms is by calling multiple times a day until someone actually answers the phone. I live an hour away or I would just show up every morning. There are only two explanations; they are incompetent and do not know their job, or they have no problems lying to customers to make a sale. More
