I had a very disappointing experience at Pine Belt Subaru. Before visiting the dealership, I had a detailed email thread with one of their sales representatives clearly outlining all portions of th Subaru. We went back and forth to make sure everything was transparent and agreed upon. Based on that communication, I scheduled an appointment and came in expecting a smooth process. When I arrived, I was told the sales rep I had been working with wasn’t there — despite the fact that I had a confirmed appointment. Even worse, no one at the dealership seemed to know anything about my appointment or the deal we had discussed. Another representative stepped in and kept me there for about an hour asking a series of irrelevant questions, even though all the details had already been negotiated via email. After waiting an additional 45 minutes, he returned with information miraculously found and informed me that the deal was “not final” and would now cost an additional $38 per month. I do not like to feel manipulated. I would have appreciated a straightforward answer from the beginning — even if that meant being told there was a mistake and the dealership could not accommodate the deal. Instead, another hour of my time was wasted. After all of that, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and “thank you for stopping by.” This experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and misleading. If you negotiate terms ahead of time, don’t expect them to be honored when you arrive. I would not recommend Pine Belt Subaru based on my experience. Ilya B. More

I leave in Sparta and because of my daughter I made the 1.5 hour drive to Pinebelt Subaru and it was worth it. Even though my appointment was with Mike M. it was Abbie who I spoke with from beginning to fi 1.5 hour drive to Pinebelt Subaru and it was worth it. Even though my appointment was with Mike M. it was Abbie who I spoke with from beginning to finish where I drove off into the sunset (literally) because it was after 5pm when I my left the dealership in my shiny new 2025 Outback. Abbie admitted she was newish to the dealership I would never have guessed it. She professional, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to me and my family. My son said he had a headache and she came back with water and snacks for him. Even though buying a car is a whole day affair, Abbie made it pleasant as possible. She has also been good on her follow ups asking if all was going well with my Outback and if I had any questions or concerns to call her directly. If you go to Pinebelt Subaru I hope you get to work with Abbie. If I were to go back I would definitely want her to be my person through the whole process again. More
