My car was in for service getting new key fobs. It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs becau It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs because you can't just go get a key made. I'm glad subaru made the experience pleasant. The price and lengthy time for the coding was not pleasant, but Thomas in service kept me in the loop and eased my concerns. I would recommend this dealership for all your needs. More

Always accommodating, I’ve never had an appointment for oil changes and I wait for my car. I was called back an hour after my oil change, they found the part under the lift and thought it might be from my car. That concluded my time of getting an oil change of five hours! I do not live real close by and did not appreciate having to go back, gratefully they found nothing wrong with my car. I was told the advisor’s boss would reach out to me on Monday, no call from Pine Belt has come and it is now Wednesday! More

While the second attempt at the paint repair was great, there was some kind of white residue on the rear interior of the hatch (side wall and hatch itself), back of the seat, protective mat as well as on t there was some kind of white residue on the rear interior of the hatch (side wall and hatch itself), back of the seat, protective mat as well as on the exterior rear of the car. They could have done a much better job returning the car back to me in a clean condition. The lack of detailing is disappointing and shows the lack of concern for finishing quality. This review is strictly for the quality of work, NOT for the wonderful service of Tom who has ALWAYS been great. This review should not impact him in any way. More
