On Saturday February 10th I found myself in search of a car due to an unfortunate total loss from hitting a deer. Two more dealerships and a failed test drive later I found myself at Fitz in Gaithersburg where I had gone with my mother before to purchase her a car. I had hopes but they weren’t at their highest at that point until Product Specialist Abishek Guachan came over and introduced himself. After explaining my situation to him and describing what I was looking for, we were quickly able to reduce the decision down to 1 car. After the decision was made, Mr. Gauchan made the process a breeeeze. I lastly met with Mariam. Most people despise her part of the process but she turned that room into a fun zone and also made the process a breeeeze. Basically, when you go to Fitz, you’ll always go back because you know you’re gonna get treated right, get a truly fair price and they just make the process a breeeeeze. A+++ More
