I brought my sons car in for service on June 30th 2025 to replace the failed fuel pump and the condensor for the air-conditioning unit needed to be replaced. Both had recall notices. They kept the car for replace the failed fuel pump and the condensor for the air-conditioning unit needed to be replaced. Both had recall notices. They kept the car for 2 days making the repairs. When my son picked up the the following morning in the parking lot he immediately saw there was a problem with the clutch since it wasn't shifting gears properly. That same morning we drove to my mechanic and had the car checked out. He found that the battery was sloppily reinserted and the bottom cover was leaning on the clutch causing the shifting issue. He fixed it and said we should submit the bill to honda for reimbursement for the amount we paid him due to their negligence. When I went back to Honda later that afternoon they would not own up to the mistake made by the tech. Also last year the check engine light came on and and they ending up charging over 900.00 just to have a switch re attached. Stay clear of this dealership. I'm assuming the tooth fairy must have damaged the clutch. More

when i made an appointment for a set time i assumed that was the time a technician would available to evaluate my car, instead it took all day for someone to look at my car and diagnose the problem. very d was the time a technician would available to evaluate my car, instead it took all day for someone to look at my car and diagnose the problem. very disappointing. had i been made aware of this ahead of time, i could have made preparations in advance. i had to inform the rep that the problem with my car was covered by recall/warranty. if i was unaware of this, it would have cost me $900+. your fees are too expensive to come to you for regular maintenance. abraham was helpful and kept me up to date on the progress with diagnosis and repair. he gets high marks. On almost every occasion, actions like not installing hardware properly or breaking hardware and not notifying me. Is totally unacceptable. The service department consistently demonstrates a don't care a hardware properly or breaking hardware and not notifying me. Is totally unacceptable. The service department consistently demonstrates a don't care attitude. It is extremely obvious that the completion of a task quickly is the utmost importance even if it compromises the quality of the work. I am even told by service advisors that nobody seems to complain about the things that I complain about. My response is that nobody know reviews the work and looks at it like I do. There are probably hundreds of customers out there driving cars with improperly installed hardware or missing hardware. More
