I arrived at the dealership at 11:50 a.m. for my 12:00 p.m. appointment. I had to wait 30 minutes before I was helped. However, by 1:20 p.m. we had test driven and committed to a purchase. I did not leave the dealership however until almost 5 p.m. -- it took a very long time to work through financing and signing. By the end of the day, my excitement for the new car and ease was almost overran by the long waits around paperwork and financing. It could just be a one-off long experience, but I saw several folks come in after me and leave before me. Overall, I'm satisfied, I'll just know next time to set aside 5 hours for purchasing a vehicle. More
