Worst transaction I’ve ever had. Took over a month and multiple emails to get copies of the transaction paperwork. Warranties and other things were included in the paperwork but we Took over a month and multiple emails to get copies of the transaction paperwork. Warranties and other things were included in the paperwork but were not disclosed before signing. Service plan was paid for but not issued and emails to Easterns about it either take forever to be responded to or at this point have NOT been responded to. Emails and texts are left unanswered. Co-signer was put as primary owner so everything has been issued to an out of state address and now it’s up to me to get it changed. More
