All of the people I came into contact with from the service department were very polite, professional and ready to help me. They were expecting me and ready to work on my car promptly. My agent kept service department were very polite, professional and ready to help me. They were expecting me and ready to work on my car promptly. My agent kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and talked me through what was done and what I might consider doing as maintenance of my vehicle. It's always a good experience to visit this service department. More

Service representative was very nice but department was understaffed. Could not answer phones and my vehicle sat finished for 30 minutes before I had to go ask about it. This experience will likely keep me from purchasing a new Honda since there are limited dealers and this one seems to take advantage of service costs. More

Overall the service received was ok. Biggest issue was that I brought the car in a few years ago for the same problem and was told it was something else. After leaving the lot two years ago I immediately that I brought the car in a few years ago for the same problem and was told it was something else. After leaving the lot two years ago I immediately returned and told the service department the car still had the same issue. I was then informed it was a known issue that Honda was aware of and a car computer will eventually fix it and I would no longer have the rpm issue with my transmission. Well no fix was ever issued and the transmission eventually failed. Not surprised at all that this happened. I feel like the dealer didn’t want to fix it two years ago while still under warranty and now I’m out over $1800 for something that would’ve been under warranty when I originally brought it in. I understand the dealer is in the business of making money but I will never buy another car from any Rohrman dealer ever again. More

I have been a Bob Rohrman customer since 1999 when I bought my very first new car there. The cars I have bought there have always been maintained by their service department. The last time I took my wif bought my very first new car there. The cars I have bought there have always been maintained by their service department. The last time I took my wife's car for an oil change the technician forgot to replace the clips that hold the splash guard on the bottom of the car and it came off while driving on the interstate. I was out of state on the way to pick up my daughter from school and attend a graduation ceremony. I had to pull over and attach it to the bottom of the car temporarily with paracord until I could get to a hardware store to buy tin snips to cut off a damaged section and zip ties to secure it. Because of this I was late picking up my daughter, and missed an important graduation ceremony. My wife contacted the dealership service department immediately that day and left a message for the service department manager. They have yet to attempt to reach back out to us two weeks after the incident. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and will probably buy from another dealership because of the lack of professionalism and customer care. I have had great experiences with the sales staff at Bob Rohrman, however, the service department seems to have high staff turnover, unknowledgeable service advisors, and at least one careless or incompetent service technician. I now have to replace a nearly $100 part. I have been paying a premium to have my oil changes done at the dealership by "Honda certified" technicians. The oil changes are just under $100. At that price I expect it to be done correctly, not by a technician who is too careless or incompetent to replace a few plastic clips that hold the part in place that they removed to perform the oil change. If you care about your car, find a good local mechanic shop and take it there, don't pay a premium for subpar work from people who could care less about keeping your business. More
