To start my advisor Adam was gone to lunch for my appointment Travis checked me in for him didn't seem to happy. I never knew when Adam returned he didn't come find me with any updates. I was spendin appointment Travis checked me in for him didn't seem to happy. I never knew when Adam returned he didn't come find me with any updates. I was spending over $1000 to me that's alot !! Travis said would be 3-4hrs I said I'd wait. It was done around 2hrs later which made me suspicious if everything was done! I saw car sitting out front and no one came to get me finally after over 10mins past I when Travis and he says hey Adam she's your customer finally Adam acknowledge me. I asked did everything get done because it was fast and I didn't get updates on progress at that time he sent me video of tech. He said everything was done but I wanted explanation of what was done which I didn't get just paperwork. He didn't seem too informed. He had mgr adjust something on my bill.I paid and went to my car but both front seat were soiled with oily smears so no covers were put to cover seats and everything I had my back seats were knocked down to the floor ,so I had to go find Adam.He took back to have them cleaned. I left and stopped to get gas when I went start car my service engine light came on had to go back over 8 miles Adam said just needed to be reset. Overall was not happy and fluids didn't seem full 😕 More

Refused to cover warranty repairs. Pushed for other work "that would have to be done first" which was already part of the valid warranty they refused to cover. Rude to my wife.
