

My wife Lisa and I have 2 children, Andy and Perri, as well as 3 dogs (Colby the friendly Golden Retriever, Subie our new Golden Retriever, and Maggie the Jack Russell). Our dogs are a big part of our lives and they love to visit with our customers at Patriot Subaru. Andy lives in Somerville, Ma and works in Politics and drives a Crosstrek. Perri is graduating from the University of Central Florida and getting a Masters in Elementary Education - she wants to be a grade school teacher, she drives a Legacy. I went to the University of Florida and am a Gator fan through and through. We are involved in many different charitable and non-profit organizations and look to make our community stronger in everything we do. You will find Lisa driving an Outback and cooking for our team and customers on weekends and holidays. I drive something different every night (not as exciting as it sounds). Most unethical dealership I’ve had the displeasure to deal with! Do yourself a favor AVOID at all cost!!!! Had my offer accepted on a vehicle. Found out Monday at 11:06am had financing at 11:07 am! Sent deal with! Do yourself a favor AVOID at all cost!!!! Had my offer accepted on a vehicle. Found out Monday at 11:06am had financing at 11:07 am! Sent email asking for PO and Jacob Neal salesman never sent it! He told me Tuesday he was off but would be there Wednesday til 7pm. I sent email Wednesday morning to schedule appt to come get car Wednesday! His replied it was sold! Got a call from Christine Wright and said that was a fireable offense and they were getting the exact car in with low mileage would I be interested! Asked if I could give her a couple of hours she’d call back! That was Wednesday 3 days later no call! Sent an email Thursday to Adam Aren nothing! I’ve been ghosted!! Highly unethical and NOT a business with any integrity! Plenty of other dealership out there folks just drive by Patriot Subaru in Saco, ME nothing to look at! More

So imagine my excitement that I happen to purchase an Acura automobile while traveling in the tri-state of NY/NJ/CT and will have it serviced in Maine. By….the best in the business. Buyer beware By far the worst service staff I have ever dealt with. Make sure you verify everything has been checked with your used car as I drove off the lot with By far the worst service staff I have ever dealt with. Make sure you verify everything has been checked with your used car as I drove off the lot with no engine coolant and less than half life on brakes that now have to be replaced after 6k miles. And trying to get any response/resolution has taken 8 months. Love my car just not the service around it. Buyer beware More

I live in Boston and have always heard great things about Patriot Subaru. In an effort to avoid the drive to Saco, I decided to try IRA Subaru in Danvers, MA first. This was a bad decision. IRA Subaru has co Patriot Subaru. In an effort to avoid the drive to Saco, I decided to try IRA Subaru in Danvers, MA first. This was a bad decision. IRA Subaru has condescending managers, unknowledgeable sales reps, and worst of all, they were showing cars I was interested in after I had just test drove them and was in the process of discussing prices with their manager. In fact, this happened twice in the short time I was at the dealership and two cars were sold out from under me. Following this frustrating experience I decided it was time to drive to Maine and check out Patriot Subaru for myself. Let me start by saying that I am SO happy that I did. The costumer service at Patriot Subaru was unbelievable. All of the employees look genuinely happy to be working there and helping you with your car needs. I was greeted by multiple employees and offered refreshments before I even met Jackie Parker, the sales manager that I worked with directly. When I did meet Jackie I felt that no question I asked could be too silly, and I did not feel that I was being rushed into make any decisions. She was honestly wonderful and so knowledgable. My appointment went very smoothly, I test drove the car that I was interested in (my new car!!), and was given a full run down on every amenity the car had to offer. When we returned to discuss prices, the car was not immediately taken out for another test drive like in Danvers, and we came to an easy understanding that I would be purchasing the car and how I would be doing it. It was at this point that I met Tony Roberts. He was also wonderful! Between his easy going personality and obvious experience in explaining how everything would work, I felt completely comfortable working with him, despite my inexperience with such matters. When everything was settled, Jackie even personally helped me to return my rental vehicle and get back on the road to Boston. Overall, I recommend this dealership with confidence and cannot imagine that anyone would have any less of an amazing experience at Patriot Subaru. More

Doug did a wonderful job going through all of the interior and exterior features of the car I wanted and answered all of my questions with professionalism, clarity, and impressive knowledge of the Subaru brand. When it came time to go through the requisite paperwork, David really explained the process to me and answered any questions I had with ease and expertise. I did not feel rushed and was really taken care of. Everyone at Patriot, including the owner, Adam, were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Since 2004, I have purchased several vehicles with Patriot Subaru to include maintenance services. What makes this dealership so special? Quick simply put, its employees. Doesn't matter whether you are working with the owner, a prior or new salesperson, upper or lower management or the service department. Always a smilng face, always willing to work with you and listen to your needs, unprecedented desire to provide you with the best experience possible. How great is it when you can walk back into a dealership and be greeted on a first name basis?! It's like being in "Cheers".
