I am a returning Kline Nissan customer. I purchased a Rogue a few years ago as my first new vehicle purchase, I was very excited to have my first NEW vehicle. The vehicle met my needs and I am/was very h Rogue a few years ago as my first new vehicle purchase, I was very excited to have my first NEW vehicle. The vehicle met my needs and I am/was very happy with it. As my needs changes I decided I wanted something with more options and 'extras' such as the Nissan Maxima. The same team that helped during my first visit in 2010 was eager to help meet all my needs two years later, Adam Bazille was very quick to respond to emails and questions we had thru this process. Even while I was debating the financial end of things Adam in no way pressured me. When I went to test drive the car we were helped by Jake who was able to easily explain how all the buttons/screens worked. These two are a truly professional team, who at the end of the day got me in my new car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and for sure would recommend Kline Nissan in Maplewood to anyone who is searching for a dealership. More

My experience dealing with Adam with an overall good experience. He was very businesslike. My experience with the business office mgr, however, was to be desired. She was very pushy and short with me a experience. He was very businesslike. My experience with the business office mgr, however, was to be desired. She was very pushy and short with me and my husband - telling us she was squeezing us in to get us out as soon as she could: even though I had made an appointment a week in advance to pick up our new car. As a result of her pushing us through the business process, it wasn't until I was on my way home that I realized she hadn't taken off the deposit I gave from our final price. More

Agreed to a sale with my credit union. Adam contacted my cell phone and took all the necessary information over the phone while I was driving to the dealership. He worked through his lunch hour with my wif cell phone and took all the necessary information over the phone while I was driving to the dealership. He worked through his lunch hour with my wife and I and another couple on another sale. He treated us very efficiently and professionally. A wonderful experience! Very busy place.....I can understand why. More

Adam was very helpful and made the extra trip from Duluth to Maplewood well worth the time. I will shop there again and recommend it to others without question. Adam is the most professional auto sales person I ahve ever with with and i have bought lots of cars over the years. Kline is a notch or two above other dealers in overall attention to a customer much lik ever with with and i have bought lots of cars over the years. Kline Nissan has been an outstanding dealership to work with. I bought my fist Nissan there in '03 & have been back to purchase 4 more. Bob in the service area always provides great customer service & is a big part of why I keep coming back to Kline for new cars. When I walk in, he greats me by name and makes me feel like a special customer. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and then gets my car back to me on-time and for the price quoted. And the work is done right the first time. He also arranges the shuttle service for me so I can get to work if the car needs to stay for awhile. I also purchased a vehicle last month and Adam did great job of providing purchasing options and patiently going over each model we considered. We needed a new vehicle but there were so many different ways we could with the purchase. He must have responded to over 20 phone calls and e-mails in assisting us to make the right purchasing decision. Near the end, I had just about given up as their just didn’t' seem to be the right car/right price match, but then he came up with a suggestion I hadn't even considered that was a perfect fit. I never felt pressured and he always was supportive of whatever we needed. I bought a car from him before and came back directly to him again based on the friendly and professional service he gave us earlier. More

It was a good experience and the second vehicle I've purchased from Kline. The vehicle had a rattle that I was concerned about and they came and picked it up, gave me a loaner car, and had the rattle fi purchased from Kline. The vehicle had a rattle that I was concerned about and they came and picked it up, gave me a loaner car, and had the rattle fixed. There was a defect from the factory where the insulation was missing in the rear panel. They had a body shop correct the problem. This left my brand new vehicle rather dirty (dirty carpets), so Adam had new floor mats sent to me and offered to detail my new car. I appreciated the offer but live 60 or so miles from the dealer so I won't take advantage of that. I cleaned it myself. Adam and the folks I dealt with were more than fair, I just hope that's the only thing that was forgotten when they assembled my vehicle. More
