Happy with the service department. Wait time was reasonable. However, the fact I could not get a Massachusetts inspection sticker we deeply disappointing and very inconvenient. I had an older car 2006 g35 that other shops were unable to fix it might have taken a couple days longer than most, but they were very accommodating. I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti QX60 from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. During negotiations, the salesperson became defensive when we asked if they could he from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. During negotiations, the salesperson became defensive when we asked if they could help with the price of the car or improve their low trade-in offer. The finance manager eventually stepped in and helped us reach a deal we were comfortable with. However, shortly after purchasing the vehicle we noticed oil leaking. We brought the car to another Infiniti dealership closer to home for a full inspection, and they found several issues that should have been caught during the Certified Pre-Owned inspection. The vehicle had four different tires (which should not qualify for CPO), the dipstick was not fully pushed in causing the oil leak, a clip was missing, the coolant was overfilled, and the radio issue I mentioned during the sale simply required ordering a replacement part. Kelly Infiniti fixed everything and made sure the vehicle was in proper condition—even though they did not sell me the car. Overall, I’m very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to help after the sale. I would recommend considering another Infiniti dealership if you want a smoother and more transparent experience. More
