My issues weren’t completely resolved and they didn’t work on all the issues I presented to them. My experience felt rushed when I was buying and the agreed upon terms were not met by the dealer. Ended work on all the issues I presented to them. My experience felt rushed when I was buying and the agreed upon terms were not met by the dealer. Ended up paying more than agreed. They also never edited the agreement to the dates I actually received the car, which was almost a week after we shook on the agreement. The sales person was very flat and my car wasn’t ready when I was told it was going to be. And even when I was told it was ready it still wasn’t and the sales person made it seem like I was the problem. There were issues that they didn’t not disclose with the vehicle as well and as I stated earlier, the ones I brought up prior to picking it up were not even corrected until I pressed the issues, and even then not all the issues were fixed. Not a good experience at all, and wouldn’t recommend. The vehicle should have never been sold honestly. More

Happy with the service department. Wait time was reasonable. However, the fact I could not get a Massachusetts inspection sticker we deeply disappointing and very inconvenient. I want to give honest feedback about my purchase experience. When buying a vehicle priced over $100,000, the delivery experience should reflect that level of purchase. Unfortunately, mine did not experience. When buying a vehicle priced over $100,000, the delivery experience should reflect that level of purchase. Unfortunately, mine did not. Before delivery, the vehicle was not detailed to the standard I expected for a new vehicle. There were visible dirt spots that had to be cleaned on the spot, and the hood showed swirl marks that should not have been present if the detailing had been done properly. Each time I raised a concern, the responses felt more like standard dealer explanations than real solutions. What made the experience more disappointing was that I had to point out multiple issues myself, including the detailing concerns, alignment, brakes, and even damage to one of the keys. These are items the dealership should have identified and addressed before presenting the vehicle for delivery. A customer should not be put in the position of performing that level of inspection on a new vehicle. Setting all four tires at 55 PSI instead of the manufacturer-recommended 35 PSI is not a minor oversight. It is the kind of basic delivery error that undermines confidence in the dealership’s inspection standards. I was also told a replacement key would be ready, yet I still did not receive a call or proper update, and I now have to make an approximately 100-mile round trip to address it. On top of that, both key starters are currently not working, which adds to the frustration. Overall, I do feel the dealership could and should have done a much better job preparing and delivering the vehicle in proper new condition, as well as handling the follow-through afterward. I do want to acknowledge that there were good people involved, including Nick and Kenny, and I appreciate that. My review is not about attacking individuals. It is about being honest that the overall delivery, preparation, and post-sale experience did not match the level expected for a vehicle at this price point. More
