From start to finish, Dave Especially Dave! I had a truly exceptional experience with Genesis of Merriville when I purchased my car in March 2025. From start to finish, Dave, my original sales associate, was attentive, honest, fair, and highly professional. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I genuinely appreciated. After bringing my car home to South Bend, I realized the all-weather mats I believed were included were not in the vehicle. I contacted Dave, and he explained that they weren't included because they weren’t even available yet due to the car being such a new model. He promised to follow up once they were, and true to his word, he did. Fast forward four months, and Dave reached out to let me know the mats were finally available—and that they’d be personally delivered to me. Today, James, a young and professional driver, arrived at my workplace (after driving 1.5 hours!) to deliver the mats. He was polite, respectful, personable, and seemed genuinely happy to help.
