Great! Walter Cooke was referred to us . We called him . Told him what we wanted. When we got to the dealership we were warmly welcomed by Jennie. Mr Cooke Walter Cooke was referred to us . From the moment we stepped through the door my husband and I were treated like royalty. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They wanted us to be happy. We most definitely are. Walter Cooke answered all of our questions and made sure we were getting the best deal. He gave us his undivided attention. We knew we had made a new friend. What a difference! We live in the Fredericksburg area in Virginia and have bought 2 vehicles and leased 1 from the Honda dealership here in Fredericksburg, VA. Too many We live in the Fredericksburg area in Virginia and have bought 2 vehicles and leased 1 from the Honda dealership here in Fredericksburg, VA. Too many problems with this dealership and I was looking at other brands of vehicles to purchase but I really wanted to stay with a Honda... Contacted a lot of different Honda dealers in Virginia, Maryland and even Tennessee, where we got our first Honda. Well, this dealership, Adam Blake, called me immediately... And, also, asked permission to text with me if needed. No, this is not the only dealer I spoke with but seemed to be the most honest from the start. I asked for quotes from multiple dealers and some responded. I told all of them exactly what I was looking for and Colonial had in stock what I wanted with a fair quote.’ No, they weren’t the least expensive right off and they weren’t the closet dealer...BUT I believe they were going to be the most honest and will always be available after the sale. Have been here twice now, for the purchase and to have our Odyssey detailed. Great experience with the purchase...in and out in a little over 3 hours, Mike in finance was super... We excepted the price on our Odyssey - it was sweet -and a fair price on our trade-in, already knew the blue book value on the trade-in! As far as the service area...great, also! Mark is a happy guy! Made us felt welcomed and important! And this is AFTER the sale, almost 2 weeks...! Also, Adam was there, our salesman...made sure we were treated special! But with observing the goings on around us, I noticed everyone seemed special! Glad we drove the 2 hours to get our new Honda Odyssey, maybe not all Honda dealers are crooked! When it comes time for my hubby to get his new vehicle, Colonial is where we will go! More

Wow! What a team! I've bought a new car here before and it was great! This was to be a car for my son, They listened to my stated car needs, and helped me to find a use I've bought a new car here before and it was great! This was to be a car for my son, They listened to my stated car needs, and helped me to find a used vehicle that met them, and even more. They didn't pull the "new car shuffle" and try to make me spend a lot more than I wanted to, or felt I was able to. They on delivery, even went out of their way and made the car as presentable as possible. I appreciate their ethic and also, all the smiles! As a single female I will leave a dealer in a minute if I start to hear a hint of the "now little lady" talk... I've never heard that here... The are all about great cars and how can I help! Thanks!
