Appointment was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation and car was taken to service immediately upon my arrival . Mentioned my concern about how the driver side leather was wearing on my 2017 CRV and asked them to look at it while in service. The service manager spoke with me and said Colonial Honda would order me a new seat cover which they will replace at no charge. Imagine my surprise and excitement knowing that the driver seat will now look as new as the rest of the seats. The reason I keep coming to Colonial Honda (purchased three cars) is because I have not had an unpleasant experience throughout the dealership from the operator who answers the phone to the purchase and service of my vehicle. Thank you Colonial Honda staff for being the best in the business with sales and service! More
