Steven was able to find the exact vehicle model and color we were looking for and got it to the price we needed while also giving us a great value for our trade in. The dealership staff in general are extremely nice people, they want your buying experience to be enjoyable and stress free! We are from Bath MI and made the 3 hour trip to Lima because of Stevens efforts to get us in the car we wanted for the price we needed at a rate we couldn't turn down. We now have a brand new Pilot EX and are absolutely loving it! Caitlin and Adam said they knew just the car for me but didn't tell me what it was. They parked my car in the bay and as soon as I saw it I knew it was "the one". They did a great job listening to my needs and what style I hoped to get. And was able to give me what I wanted for my trade. Very, very happy with the whole experience. I've had the car less than a week and already put over 200 miles on it. It is so fun to drive! More

When we were ready for something new we of course went back to Allan Nott to deal with Josh who had sold us the Camry. He is very knowledgeable and he explained in detail to us the difference between leasing and buying. We decided to lease the 2016 Honda Accord and I couldn't be happier with our decision. He made the experience fun and easy. The tech expert that helped me learn the in's and out's of the car was also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I do not see her listed but wanted to me sure she received recognition. More
