I called Adam while traveling out of state about purchasing our first certified 2012 Mercedes E-350 for my wife Laura and he exceeded our expectations! He held the car for us until we returned from out trip and we drove from Titusville to Naples to pick up the car and it was beautiful with a Red Bow on the hood and a nice personal Congratulation's message! Adam took care of every detail personally to ensure that the car was perfect and he took the time to explain and teach us every feature in the car. He also followed up with us regularly after the car purchase to ensure that we had everything we needed and provided us with new first aid kit, I-phone 6 cable, wiper set, etc. Adam is the best salesman we have dealt with, he treated us with respect, kindness and great leadership and he truly loves his job! He treated us like a member of his family and everybody we met at the dealership were very courteous professional! I contacted many dealership in the local area and Mercedes of Naples had the nicest Inventory and professional staff.
