Awesome Experience Leasing My C 300 While shopping around for a C-300, I began internet corresponding with Adam Davis. I have the type of job that does not really permit phone calls so I While shopping around for a C-300, I began internet corresponding with Adam Davis. I have the type of job that does not really permit phone calls so I let Adam know early on that I really preferred e mails. He was AMAZINGLY respectful of that and we were able to communicate via e mails from there one in. I was so pleased with his e mail etiquette, demeanor and the information I received, that I decided to set an appointment to drive out to Naples. From the moment of my arrival, the lady at the front desk was great and shared she had just obtained her C300 and was loving it. Shortly thereafter, I met Adam. He was highly energetic and super friendly. He introduced me to Anya and said they worked in tandem. Anya also informed me she had obtained a C-300 and was loving it too. The two of them (Adam & Anya) were extremely professional and very well informed. The prices for the car were more or less in line with those I received by e mail - and the cars that were shown to me were just what I was in the market for. There was no pressure to upgrade or add features I didn't want. They kept true to what I wanted. I was able to receive a decent trade for my '07Nissan Maxima...and several hours later left the dealership with my C-300.! Adam, Anya and the Finance Manager stayed late in order to help me. I have since been driving the car for 6 days, and I LOVE MY CAR!!!! Thank you Mercedes Benz of Naples for not only making my experience a pleasant one, but for also employing such dedicated and skilled personnel as the ones I mentioned here. Since this was our first time buying a Mercedes, we were not sure what to expect. Adam kept us informed every step of the way. Once the car was Certified Pre-Owned, we flew down to take delivery. Adam picked us up at the airport and had our "new" C63 out front waiting on us when we arrived at the dealership. He went over the car with us and made sure we left the dealership knowing how to operate all the features on the car. In developing the specification for the car I worked with Adam Davis through test drives and performance discussions. He is about as knowledgeable on Mercedes products as anyone I've ever met and his professionalism in the whole process was a terrific help. In the end I felt theat I bought the car and the options I wanted without pressure to buy more. The buying service and the dealerships trade-in on my S500 made the purchase price what I hoped I would achieve. Since the vehicles arrival the dealership has spent several hours ensuring that I understand and can utilize all of the technology in the E350. They have gone above and beyond expectation in this regard. More
