BUT I have never ever experienced such an outstanding service like the one I received from Mr. Adam Davis when I purchased my 2014 550 S class from him. Mr. Davis is a courteous, competent, knowledgeable and patient gentlemen with an outgoing and most pleasant personality. He took all the time that was necessary to teach me the complicated systems in the 550. The instructions he provided were thorough and detailed, and no stone was left unturned to enable me to handle and understand the 550. When questions were asked, he made certain that everything was explained in great details. Mercedes Benz of Naples is most likely the best dealership in the United`States, and from now on this is where I will buy my Mercedes Automobiles. I travelled over 800 miles to buy the vehicle. The used Saab was just as described. It appeared as expected and drove well back home to Virginia. Adam Davis was exceptionally service-oriented. I probably bought one of the least expensive pre-owned vehicles offered at Mercedes of Naples but the dealership made me feel just as important as if I was buying a $100,000 new Mercedes.
