Another Mercedes for us We've just purchased our fourth new Mercedes, this one from Naples Mercedes. Each has come from a different dealer in a different state as we've moved We've just purchased our fourth new Mercedes, this one from Naples Mercedes. Each has come from a different dealer in a different state as we've moved around the country. Our salesman, Adam Davis's energy and commitment to making this purchase the best one was recognized from the outset and very much appreciated. He started by taking time to understand what we actually wanted in the new vehicle and how we were going to use it before rushing us to the lot to look at cars as most sales people do.. As he and we learned about the new 2015 S class, we were able to easily configure just the vehicle we wanted with the options selected all working together. His suggestions about options we had not considered based on his prior customer experiences saved us time and money, and resulted in a better vehicle. Finally, as this was a European delivery program vehicle, Adam worked tirelessly to make certain the delivery process in Germany came off without a hitch. That program combines an outstanding pricing value with a factory tour, excellent hotel and white glove personal attention which Adam managed seamlessly, although I'd expect it required a considerable amount of effort on his part that we never saw. This was by far the best dealer and sales personnel experience we've had across the four dealers and it was simply the result of a lot of Adam's hard work, diligence, and outstanding communication skills, as well as the dealership management's commitment to delighting its customers.
