He is the best salesperson I have dealt with in a very long time. So much so, that I bought 2 vehicles from him! Joe Jalbert is an excellent finance manager and very easy to deal with and made the paperwork process a snap. Mike Cabrera, my service consultant, is friendly and efficient and completes service issues in a timely manner. On a couple of occasions, we had to obtain loaner vehicles while service issues were being handled and Patrick Baffa, the service fleet loaner manager, was fast and expedient in getting our vehicle and made the process very easy. I live in North Orlando and think so highly of this group that I drive 300 miles to Naples to buy vehicles from these guys and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them and the Naples Mercedes-Benz dealership. This is definitely not you typical car dealership. Give them an opportunity and you will not be disappointed!
