Hello Bob, All of our pricing is clearly displayed online. We offer trade-in values at the benefit of our customers but are not required to trade-in the vehicle to us afterwards. You are still able to trade-in your vehicle with your local dealer and purchase a new vehicle with us and apologize for any misunderstandings concerning this issue. Financial service products that enhance the purchase experience such extended warranties, mechanical protections, anti-theft and gap insurance are 100% optional and can be negotiated.
