Although I only live 15 minutes away, I’d originally submitted an online query about the car’s availability, and was responded to via phone within minutes. Ash also texted me several pictures of the car that weren’t yet available online. Recognizing that this might be ‘the’ car, my girlfriend and I hopped in the car & headed over. Within minutes of arrival, I was behind the wheel of the car, and Ash was answering every tedious question I could throw at him regarding the manual transmission. He sugar coated nothing, and gave me honest, transparent information about the car. When we arrived back at the dealership, I also asked if my girlfriend could drive as well, which was immediately obliged. Didn’t purchase the vehicle that day, as I didn’t want to make a ‘rush’ decision, which was completely understood be the dealers representatives. After a few days of thinking (2), I called the dealership and inquired if a tech could bring the car to my home, just to ensure the car would clear my driveway, without scrapping. Much to my surprise, the sales manager arranged a Porsche technician to take the vehicle to my home within the hour to alleviate my concerns; there was no issue. Upon verification, I relayed that I’d be taking delivery of the vehicle that afternoon, and wanted to ensure the purchase process was as ‘quick’ as the cars they sell, which it was. Although in my early 30’s, I’ve purchased numerous cars all throughout the United States, and would indicate that my experience with PofC was by far superior, in comparison with other experiences. These individuals are true professionals, and genuinely employ zero sales tactics. This dealer understands that much of their buyers are enthusiasts, and simply view cars as much more than a means of making it to point A to point B. The car has been absolutely wonderful, and I feel absolutely satisfied that I was never ‘taken,’ ‘up sold,’ or provided with misleading information. My girlfriend and I will enjoy this car for years to come, and rest easily knowing it will be cared for and maintained by our friends in Chandler. If you’re considering a Porsche, whether new or used, be aware that there examples which can be enjoyed guilt free, and can be had within a wide variety of budgets. First thing in the morning I already received a message with everything I needed to know about the purchase. I met with Adam the next day and the vehicle I inquired about was sitting out from waiting for me to get there. I have walked out of numerous dealerships when they try playing games so I didn't know exactly what to expect, and now I will compare all future dealerships to Porsche Chandler after the phenomenal experience I had throughout the entire purchase process. People may think I'm exaggerating, but I assure you, I have never been treated so valued as a customer and it truly was a first-class experience. I would absolutely recommend Porsche Chandler to anyone and I hope to do business with them again in the future! More

None of those transactions were handled in nearly as professional a manner as this one. All the people I dealt with at Porsche Chandler were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The sales negotiation was low key, without undue pressure from the sales associate or his manager. After we made a deal, the dealer promptly arranged to have my new vehicle shipped from the out-of-state dealership which had it in stock. Thereafter, the folks at Chandler Porsche promptly added the dealer extras I purchased and prepared the car for delivery. The delivery experience was unrushed and informative. Without a doubt, my purchase of the Boxster S from Chandler Porsche was the best car-buying experience of my life. More

Great buying experience, even better car My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them. More
