I wanted to lease a new Macan and checked with three different dealers. Sales manager Scott Jenkins was extremely accommodating to my numerous requests for information as I kept changing my mind on vehicles. I was also assisted by two very knowledgeable sales professionals, Adam Frank and Emil Najar and lastly Ginger D'Anna, who handled the finance details. I basically got a good vibe all around from everyone at the dealership and felt that I got a great price on the Macan. I have already recommended Scott and his team to a business colleague who will be shopping for a new vehicle this summer. More

In January we test dro We live in the Tucson area, the local dealer wouldn't deal in 2008 for my Cayman purchase. I went to Scottsdale and they would. In January we test drove a Macan at the Tucson Dealer. I was interested in one with the PAS option. The salesman had no idea what that was until I explained it to him! So I was receiving Chandler e mails since their opening. I went to their website, picked Adam, wrote an email. Turns out there was only one Macan with PAS in the USA for sale! We would have to order if we wanted the PAS option. We negotiated price on an ordered car, I didn't expect that (dealers discount what's on the lot not on a order). Several e mails later it was ordered and deposit via credit card all by e mail! Six or eight weeks later we drove up to Chandler to meet Adam for the first time. He's respectful, genuine, caring, thorough, made us feel very comfortable. We still had another 6-8 weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. We picked it up yesterday, what a wonderful machine! The experience was unmatched, they are ready to do business, make it a pleasant experience, make you a customer/friend for life. Really! I can't believe Adam was able to put up with me, there aren't many like him........ More

The salesman, Adam, and manager, I test drove a used Land Rover I was very interested in and had a largely pleasant experience. Beautiful dealership. The salesman, Adam, and manager, Steve, followed up with me via email to see if I was still interested. I was, but I didn't want to make the long trip out to Chandler without getting their offer to me. Adam offered me the advertised internet price, $200 below sticker. I knew that wasn't his best offer, which bothered me, but I liked the car so I made a low offer to get the negotiation moving, expecting to go buy my car the next morning. Rather than counter, his email reply was rather smug and he lamented that he expects "reasonable" offers from his customers. I took my money and found myself a Land Rover certified model that's a year newer and with lower miles. And I don't regret not giving my business to Porsche Chandler. A simple counter offer would have sold me that car, and I would have been a return shopper when I plan to buy a Macan for my wife later this year. Another dealer will benefit from my considerable credit score and down payment. It's too bad because the initial experience was positive and the sales manager seemed like a decent guy. More
