The salesman, Adam, and manager, I test drove a used Land Rover I was very interested in and had a largely pleasant experience. Beautiful dealership. The salesman, Adam, and manager, Steve, followed up with me via email to see if I was still interested. I was, but I didn't want to make the long trip out to Chandler without getting their offer to me. Adam offered me the advertised internet price, $200 below sticker. I knew that wasn't his best offer, which bothered me, but I liked the car so I made a low offer to get the negotiation moving, expecting to go buy my car the next morning. Rather than counter, his email reply was rather smug and he lamented that he expects "reasonable" offers from his customers. I took my money and found myself a Land Rover certified model that's a year newer and with lower miles. And I don't regret not giving my business to Porsche Chandler. A simple counter offer would have sold me that car, and I would have been a return shopper when I plan to buy a Macan for my wife later this year. Another dealer will benefit from my considerable credit score and down payment. It's too bad because the initial experience was positive and the sales manager seemed like a decent guy. More

What a pleasant surprise. Adam was very helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was very knowledigible regarding the Macan. If he didn't know the answer he would certainly get it. Adam always responded to texts etc. in a timely manner. I ultimately ended up getting the SUV from out of state through this dealership. It was very painless. I appreciate the great customer service and felt very at ease with Adam. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He is an assest to this business. Ginger took care of all the paperwork and was very thorough and professional. I also worked with Florin Nista along with Adam. He and Adam worked well together to help me get the SUV that I wanted. No nonsense My wife wanted a particular Macan, I already had numbers worked out from another dealership for a Macon but at the last minute my wife identified a bu My wife wanted a particular Macan, I already had numbers worked out from another dealership for a Macon but at the last minute my wife identified a build at Chandler that she preferred - I had a trade-in to make things a bit more complicated. I sent Adam the vin and a few other details, he was able to get me a quote for my trade in and a price for the new Macon within hours, we had a brief phone call and agreed upon an overall price. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car everything was ready to go and there was never a discussion about trying to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. It was truly no nonsense and everything was delivered as expected. My biggest compliment is that they never displayed any arrogance or "sorry, to much demand for that car, we can't do that deal" as I have experienced with other delearships, Chandler got me the deal I wanted. After we returned home my wife somehow lost all of the paperwork Chandler had prepared for us, I called Adam and he re-made color copies of everything and had it in the mail that day.
