Trey and Adam were perfect. I got their backs. Finance guy got his feelings hurt when i didnt want to spend the extra money for the extended warranty. Price was the main reason I got their backs. Finance guy got his feelings hurt when i didnt want to spend the extra money for the extended warranty. Price was the main reason not getting the extended warranty, other part was not everyone is depending on the dealership to fix their vehicles. Also i noticed a few other guys (not sure if they were finance guys or managers) who walked around with an arrogance or cockyness like they think they are better then everyone else. They put their pants on one leg at a time, just like me. More

What a team and what an amazing experience. I'm 60 years old and I have never "Enjoyed" a dealership or staff like Murray Ford. Jon, Joey, Armando and especially, Adam Gray. I truly believe they cared about me, my vehicle and each other. Don't hesitate to drive the extra mile to Murray Ford because, you can rest assured, they'll go the extra mile for you. BTW, they also had the best deal by $2,000. If you're in the market for a vehicle, visit them, ask for Adam Gray. You'll get a new vehicle and a new friend. More
