I just bought a new f150 from Murray Ford. It's been 20 years since I last bought a new truck. Let me tell you it's amazing how much faster the buying process is compared to 20 years ago. I found the f150 in the color I wanted on their website, I sent them a message on their website and about 5 mins later,I got a call from a sales guy named Adam. Me and Adam talked on the phone and I explained to him I just had a ruff experience with another Ford dealer and I think Adam said to himself I'm going to change this guy's mind and show him not all sales guys are the same and he definitely turned my faith around in dealerships. Adam did not want to run my credit and hurt my credit score unless I was actually going to buy the truck so right off the bat Adam had my best interest in mind. Adam was able to pretty much guess what my interest rate would be just by asking me what my credit score was and he compared my credit score to previous customers credit scores that he sold vehicles to and after a few days of texting and calling back and forth I said I want to buy the truck so he ran my credit and after putting all the numbers together my interest rate came back even lower than what he estimated it would be, he was so happy for me he did not want to wait to tell me so he ran to his desk phone to call me and when I answered he was literally out of breath, if your sales guy is not happy for you, your shopping at the wrong place. After that happened we started doing most all the paperwork over the phone and text, we set a day and time for me to come to the dealership to finish the purchase and before we hung the phone up he said my goal is to have you in and out of the dealership in about a hour, I said to myself there is absolutely no way that's happening. A few days later I showed up and Adam had my truck sitting out front and freshly cleaned up, we went for a quick test drive and started doing paperwork and before I knew it we were shaking hands and saying good by, Adam had me in out of there in less than a hour just like he said over the phone. A little side note I said to Adam my dog comes to work with me everyday are you guys dog friendly, he said absolutely we are, so when I showed up Adam pulled out some dog treats for my pup that he brought from his house, how awesome is that! Adam definitely restored my faith in dealerships, he was not pushy and if I said no to a add on he left it alone which was nice to not feel pressured. Adam is a blue collar good ole boy he's someone I can really relate to so that also made this purchase even easier for me. If you had a bad experience at another dealership give Murray Ford a try and ask for Adam, I'm sure all the sales guys and gals here are great as well but Adam definitely made the difference in my purchases and he knocked it out of the park for me. Trey and Adam were perfect. I got their backs. Finance guy got his feelings hurt when i didnt want to spend the extra money for the extended warranty. Price was the main reason I got their backs. Price was the main reason not getting the extended warranty, other part was not everyone is depending on the dealership to fix their vehicles. Also i noticed a few other guys (not sure if they were finance guys or managers) who walked around with an arrogance or cockyness like they think they are better then everyone else. They put their pants on one leg at a time, just like me. More

What a team and what an amazing experience. I'm 60 years old and I have never "Enjoyed" a dealership or staff like Murray Ford. Jon, Joey, Armando and especially, Adam Gray. I truly believe the I'm 60 years old and I have never "Enjoyed" a dealership or staff like Murray Ford. Jon, Joey, Armando and especially, Adam Gray. I truly believe they cared about me, my vehicle and each other. Don't hesitate to drive the extra mile to Murray Ford because, you can rest assured, they'll go the extra mile for you. BTW, they also had the best deal by $2,000. If you're in the market for a vehicle, visit them, ask for Adam Gray. You'll get a new vehicle and a new friend. More
