I felt like Mr. Blackmon was concerned about my issues and not just another task he had to get off his to-do list. Please tell Mr. Blackmon thanks for me. (2) The other reason was to consider trading me 2014 Jeep for a later model vehicle. I had purchased my Jeep from Smith Stokes a year or so earlier. I have purchased many vehicles from Smith over the years and admire him for being an upstanding, honest individual! I live in Holden Beach, NC and do not mind driving the two hundred and some odd miles to North Point. Smith is always very focused on my needs and takes time to try to completely satisfy my needs. I ended up purchasing a slightly used 2017 Dodge Durango RT. Although this was not my first choice, I decided on this vehicle because of Smith's honesty, integrity and salesmanship. I also want to say hats off to Eddie Daye for his assistance and personal attention to us. He spent a lot of time locating a vehicle that suited us. Extremely appreciative for Eddie's help! I test drove the vehicle I had researched, and loved it! I researched my credit score and the price of the car along with available incentives. I did not want to spend HOURS last night or any night figuring out these details. I had my mind set on what I wanted and what I was able and willing to pay. Then comes Sam, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and his personal experience with the brand was what pushed me to talk numbers and to drive a new car home last night. Then there is Adam, he was equally as helpful and very friendly. Both Adam and Sam tolerated my friend and I as we shared our tales of woe. In fact, we were all having what I thought a pretty fun time. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and am seeing that excellent customer service is a dying art. Dealing, relating and engaging folks is almost a thing of the past. It was refreshing to see that wasn't the case at North Point Chrysler Jeep with Adam and Sam. Truly a great experience! Thank you.
