0 stars, worst experience ever buying a vehicle, the Jeeps left headlight was out, the front right ball joint was metal on metal, it wasn’t detailed it still had hair and food particles from previous ow Jeeps left headlight was out, the front right ball joint was metal on metal, it wasn’t detailed it still had hair and food particles from previous owner and caked on mud underneath the Jeep. I took it back the following day and I was provided a rental car with the brake light out while I waited for the Jeep to be repaired, when I got it back I took it to another mechanic for safety inspection to find out it has no sway bar in the front which was not disclosed when I purchased it and that explains why it shakes on the freeway or why the wheel jerks when hitting any bump and when I informed the dealership about no sway bar I was informed that information doesn’t have to be disclosed and they are refusing to do anything about the major safety issue. They don’t care about there customers or their safety and it’s all about the money for them. Investing $30,000 on a vehicle and I was told “just pay to get a sway bar installed” is a joke! also I found out there’s a recall on the passenger side airbag. How is it okay to sell a vehicle with a airbag recall and no sway bar? Having my daughter in a unsafe vehicle that I purchased through a “pre certified” dealership is not okay! Very unsatisfied with how I’ve been treated through this car buying process and the end result! My Facebook, Instagram, KOLD News, BBB and my attorney will be notified of how this dealership allowed me to drive off there lot 4 times in a unsafe vehicle and is still not making it right by fixing the issue. More

Worst experience ever for a simple oil change! I had a 1:00 appointment, and arrived 10 minutes early. I asked about my car at 1:30 and was told they were backed up but would get to it soon. At 2:30 I a 1:00 appointment, and arrived 10 minutes early. I asked about my car at 1:30 and was told they were backed up but would get to it soon. At 2:30 I asked about my car again, and the service advisor asked which car was mine. I told him the white GMC sitting under the awning, in the same place I parked it 1 hour and 40 minutes earlier. That did get their attention and they worked to get it in. 45 minutes later it was done and I was offered a $12 discount. The good news is that I now know where to not go for an oil change! They were supposed to rotate the tires but I am guessing that did not get done, and all four tire needed air which they did not do either. More

I took my 2020 Buick Enclave in for service because the alarm will go off without provocation sometimes in the middle of the night and during the day. After a day and a half the alarm wasn't found to have alarm will go off without provocation sometimes in the middle of the night and during the day. After a day and a half the alarm wasn't found to have a problem and the technician wasn't able to create a situation where the alarm would automatically sound. After I had the vehicle at my home, in the driveway, the alarm went off again, with no one near the vehicle nor any loud noises around it. I called once again and was told by Adam that "something has to be setting it off." I inquired about replacing the computer module which controls the alarm and was told by Adam "No!" I am at a crossroad and don't know which way to turn. I live in fear that this alarm will go off once again in the middle of the night and disturb the neighbors sleep. It also had a rattle in the door which was successfully found and fixed. More

We brought the car in early on Saturday morning and were able to pick it up in the earl for his assistance with our car! He was so helpful and kind. Adam does a great job overall. He explains everything well and communicates well. After a good experience buying our car in 2018, it all came crashing down yesterday. We had an 11:00 apt for an oil change. At 1 PM the car was still in the driveway waiting to get into the garage. we did came crashing down yesterday. We had an 11:00 apt for an oil change. At 1 PM the car was still in the driveway waiting to get into the garage. we did not get out until 2:30! We are through with their service department and will go somewhere else for our next car. More
