Shady business practice... "Tread Lightly" I arrived at the scheduled time of 11:00 am to test drive a Lexus GS 350 posted on their website. When I arrived, I was told that the car was not ava I arrived at the scheduled time of 11:00 am to test drive a Lexus GS 350 posted on their website. When I arrived, I was told that the car was not available because it was in the shop to have a recall on a sensor fixed. I even confirmed with them an hour before the appointment that I was coming in, yet they still failed to inform me the car was unavailable! What a complete waste of time! A sales manager apologized for the inconvenience, and explained that the customer representative I spoke with had no way of knowing the car was not available to test drive. REALLY? DO THEY EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT A CAR DEALERSHIP HAS NO WAY OF KNOWING THAT A CAR IS AVAILABLE TO TEST DRIVE!!!??? The sales manager even asked me if I wanted to put down a non-refundable deposit on the car. Obviously I refused. A reasonable and honest car dealership should at least inform the customer if a car is unavailable instead of having them come in anyways to try and sell a different car than what you came in for in the first place. This is a shady business practice if you ask me. I don't trust Jidd Motors, and if you decide to do business with them, I suggest you "Tready Lightly". More

DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!! Deceptive business practices at this place. Make sure you add $1500 to the price of the car you are looking at before you go in READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!! Make sure you add $1500 to the price of the car you are looking at before you go in because that is what they are going to try to tack on to the price of your sale for some BS VIP package. When you decline they will give you a bunch of lines about services, detailing and the cost of shipping, blah, blah, blah. I did like the car so I was shuffled through three different people until we finally came to a payment I was comfortable with and even though I was told by their sales manager that the VIP package was non-negotiable, their finance person told me it was optional so I declined. Done deal. Nope! I came back in to get a service vehicle light fixed a few days alter and they told me I needed to sign a paper because "the printing was off." I point blank asked multiple times is anything different? They said no it's just the printing. I'm kicking myself for not double checking because low and behold I go to make my first payment and it's more than was quoted, that's because they snuck the VIP fee back in!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNLESS READING IT THOROUGHLY. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO BE TRUTHFUL ABOUT ANYTHING. Multiple people I dealt with there lied right to my face. I don't think they expected me to notice and/or follow up. Little did they know I will now make it my mission to let as many people as possible know about their despicable way of doing business. I know there is a dance when it comes to buying a car but this was outright lying to get me to sign documents agreeing to fees I had not agreed to. I did reach out to give them the chance to rectify their mistake but their response was to tell me I misremembered the numbers we agreed to (yeah right, that’s something I would forget!), they blamed it all on various members of their own staff, and insulted me over and over. I have two contracts as proof of what they did, yet they continued to stick to their assertion that it was my misremembering. They did offer me free oil changes for a year, but when you live an hour away, work full time and have young children, is worthless because I don’t have a whole day to spend traveling two hours round trip to get an oil change. I will be continuing to pursue this through legal channels, but I also want to warn people so they don’t learn the hard way as I did. Also, don’t believe the five star reviews, as other people have stated in their reviews they make you review them as you sit in front of them and won’t give you the keys to your car until you have written the review and they have printed it out. What else are you going to give them when they are sitting their staring at you. Considered yourself warned! More

From Adam Jidd (owner) to Sam (GM) Frank (finance) Jack (service) and most importantly the front line man Frank (sales), there is not one member of this organization that does not go above and beyond to truly make sure you have a best in class experience. What is typically a hassle and a painfully long process, this team makes easy. I have never experienced a more seamless process when trading in / buying a new car. THANK YOU to everyone involved!!! I could not love my car more!!!! More
