Positive experience even with a wait We were very happy with Adam, our sales rep. He listened to what we wanted rather than push something we didn’t want onto us. Out of his control was the fact the buying process took several hours over 2 separate visits as they were very busy. The rest of the staff was also very nice but applied more pressure to add onto the deal we wanted, which is a turn off.
