Their sales team hounded me and tons of marketing promotions finally wore me down to trade it, especially when the literature indicated we would get 125% of the value for my trade (black code). We signed up on line for their black code evaluation and it stated $12,750 to 15,000 they gave us 13,000 for my trade. I will not buy from them again. We purchased a 2015 which is 9 months old and got no discount for buying a vehicle that is almost a year. It is very disappointing that no one in management has streamlined this "dinosaur process". I should have rolled the wheel inside the showroom and say "Me caveman, make deal for new wheel". More
