I am completely disappointed and frustrated with the deceptive practices at Crestview Cadillac. When I leased my electric vehicle from this dealership, I was explicitly reassured and promised by the sal deceptive practices at Crestview Cadillac. When I leased my electric vehicle from this dealership, I was explicitly reassured and promised by the sales team that the EV tax credit would be applied directly to my benefit as a credit toward my account. Relying on their word, I moved forward with the lease. Now, after the deal is done, the narrative has completely changed. I am being lied to, misled, and effectively bullied into accepting that I will not be getting the credit at all. Dealerships routinely pass the federal EV lease credit (under Section 45W) directly to the consumer to lower the capitalized cost of the lease, and it should have been clearly and transparently outlined in my lease agreement. Instead, Crestview Cadillac misrepresented the terms to close the deal and is now using pressure tactics to avoid making it right. As a consumer, I expect honesty and transparency, not broken promises and intimidation. Potential buyers should beware of any verbal agreements made at this location—get absolutely everything in writing, because their assurances mean nothing once you drive off the lot. More

Good dealership, everyone I interacted with was friendly and I didn't feel like I was "on the menu" like I have at other Cadillac dealers. 4/5 because i felt the dealership's Finance team was a bit inflexib and I didn't feel like I was "on the menu" like I have at other Cadillac dealers. 4/5 because i felt the dealership's Finance team was a bit inflexible when it came to delivering my car, and it very nearly cost my business. My salesman Adam K. was 5/5 stars. He worked really hard to secure my deal, which involved a distance dealer trade on a hard-to-find vehicle. My car was probably a mid-tier sale for him dollarwise, but I felt that he made my deal a priority over the few weeks it took to get everything arranged. Would absolutely recommend this dealership if you work with him. More

I stopped in to see if a new Cadillac would interest me. I fell in love with the 1st car that I looked at. A 2025 CT 4. I bought it and quickly regretted doing so. Too small and cramped. I do love the CT5. My salesman, Adam King made me feel that he was.on my side and worked hard to enable my trade. I would recommend Crestview Cadillac. I would also suggest looking at all of the offerings before choosing. My mistake was my fault but sure was a costly week and 100 miles. . More

I have owned Cadillacs for about 10 years and previously dealt with Cheryl and she was so helpful but Adam King was nothing compared to her. He was not that friendly and I still do not believe that I got t dealt with Cheryl and she was so helpful but Adam King was nothing compared to her. He was not that friendly and I still do not believe that I got the best rate from your finance person, I requested my credit union at 5.5% and I never got that rate even though my person at the credit union said that was the rate. Also, I just purchased an Alpha Romeo and the sales person/finance person was great and there was no comparison to your team at Cadillac. I think the overall team especially talking to them on the phone has gone down, not customer friendly. I tried to get a different sales person but they came sending me back to Adam. In person Adam was friendly but not accommodating during the process of trying to figure out what I should do a few months ago. I would not recommend the Rochester dealership to anyone and if I buy another Cadillac I will be going to another dealership. I also had to request what could I do prior to expedite the process vs them recommending it, like they did at Alpha Romeo. More
