I made an online appointment for an oil change on 07/22/2025 for 07/25/2025. When I got there for the oil change on 07/25/2025 they had no record of my request. I had to show the service writer the 07/22/2025 for 07/25/2025. When I got there for the oil change on 07/25/2025 they had no record of my request. I had to show the service writer the email I got confirming the appointment and he still couldn't find any record of the appointment. However, he honored the email and got the oil change done. Everyone went out of their way to get my vehicle in to replace the transmission case. The tech did awesome work unlike other shops or stealerships.
