Michael was alerted to inquiry through CarFax that I was planning to sell my vehicle, a BMW X5. Michael reached out to me via e-mail to set up an appointment. I told Michael that unless I could get a certain $$$ amount I didn't want to waste his or my time. Michael was able to assure me the GM would be willing to come close to my asking price. When I arrived, Michael took charge, made me feel welcome, ensured I was kept informed of the negotiation process.
