UPDATE 12/23/24 : After discussing my concerns via phone with Steven Fitch on Friday 12/20, I must give the following update. The events noted in my original review did occur, I had not given Bayside phone with Steven Fitch on Friday 12/20, I must give the following update. The events noted in my original review did occur, I had not given Bayside the opportunity to address those concerns. Once that took place, the Bayside team - all of them - deserve a "5"! After a conversation with Steven (sales manager) on Friday, he arranged to have my 2019 Grand Cherokee brought in for a thorough inspection and certification as a "pre-owned" Jeep vehicle on the following Monday - today. This occurred with the Jeep thus being certified, providing me the assurance I needed. They listened to my concerns, responded above and beyond expectations, and I departed that day a fully satisfied customer! Original Review: Sales team and Finance Manager were great! Each was attentive, patient and helpful. That said, their abilities and people skills saved the day. Two of three vehicles I considered failed pre-delivery inspection causing inordinate delay and misgivings about attention to the customer. Furthermore, the dealership put their sales staff at risk by making inventory available for sale before the product was fully serviced, inspected and customer ready. This is a poor reflection on upper management, while the sales team deserves gratitude. More
