They don't even deserve one star. I intend to do everything I can to make sure as many people as possible are aware of my experience with this dealership. I have documentation and evidence that I believe show the dealership failed to disclose a major accident in the vehicle's history. As a Virginia buyer, I was told the vehicle had passed Maryland inspection and was in good condition. However, the very next day after purchasing the vehicle, it could not pass a Virginia inspection, which raised serious concerns about the condition of the car and the representations made during the sale. The Sales Director was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful individuals I have ever dealt with. Instead of addressing my concerns, I feel that my situation has been ignored and that I have been given the runaround. I have already contacted Honda Corporate, but after spending two weeks trying to resolve this matter through numerous conversations, I have received very little assistance. This review is only my first step. If the dealership continues to ignore my concerns rather than work toward a fair resolution, I will consider pursuing additional remedies, including seeking legal advice. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this dealership to conduct thorough research and carefully review all vehicle history and inspection records before making a purchase. More

the test drive person was fantastic and transparent and helpful but the person who did my purchase negotiation and paperwork resorted to high pressure sales tactics, was not transparent and made me second helpful but the person who did my purchase negotiation and paperwork resorted to high pressure sales tactics, was not transparent and made me second guess that my purchase was a huge mistake - thankfully the general manager was able to step-in and save the sale but needless to say, the use of high pressure sales tactics is a major turn off and I cannot recommend anyone go there as no one needs to put up with xx and non transparency in the advertised car sale price. More

Do yourself a favor and never ever deal with this dealership. Especially the GM, Adam Mendoza, who is more worried about his numbers than he is customers. The misogyny and the complete lack of respec dealership. Especially the GM, Adam Mendoza, who is more worried about his numbers than he is customers. The misogyny and the complete lack of respect he has shown me in my dealings there is immensely unacceptable. I was sold a car without anyone ever disclosing issues with the car, repairs needed for the car, needed for the inspection. I was given the keys, I signed finance paperwork. I was about to leave the dealership - sitting IN the car waiting for the tags to be printed when I was told “oh, you can’t take that it needs brakes inspected” After sitting in the dealership for 3.5 hours, after signing paper work and shaking hands and getting keys, THEN they disclose this. That is not ethical. And it is not an acceptable business practice from any dealership. Turns out, that while I was signing paperwork waiting hours for it to be my turn with finance, at that same time, tickets regarding the brakes and other known issues were quickly being put into the system. Leaving nearly 2 HOURS for them to inform me before they did. I saw the timestamp. 13:38. During that time I was sitting waiting at the sales man’s desk, had already signed the agreement for the price, and was waiting in line for financing. None of that is okay. Selling a vehicle withOUT disclosing the incomplete MD safety inspection until AFTER signing is abuse of power, it’s misleading, and entirely unethical. More
