Low Pressure and Easy to Work With I want to start by saying that I absolutely hate shopping for a vehicle. It seems like other sales people at other dealerships were just pushy and in I want to start by saying that I absolutely hate shopping for a vehicle. It seems like other sales people at other dealerships were just pushy and in one instance just downright rude. I entered Jim Butler on pins and needles and with my guard completely up and ready. I assumed that they were the same as every other dealership I had gone to before. Well, I am happy to say that I was wrong and after a few minutes with Adam, I was relaxed and it felt more like sitting down with a friend than a salesperson. He was knowledgeable and simply answered my questions in a low key sort of way. He would chime in with only pertinent information relating to the subject without being overbearing or pushy and when I was let down after the first test drive, he was very understanding and just moved on to the next vehicle seamlessly. I could go on and on but suffice it to say that I will be back for my next vehicle purchase even though I live an hour away. I highly recommend Jim Butler! More
