I was coming from 5 hours away and Adam worked with me to make sure everything would be ready to go when I arrived Saturday morning to see/pick up the truck. After a few words with Adam I did a quick test drive and was signing paperwork with Heath within 30 minutes of my arrival. Everything was as we had discussed over phone and email. No one was pushy or tried to pressure me into any extra add-ons or warranties. The whole transaction was done in about an hour and if it weren't for having to setup Onstar it would've been 45 minutes, and the Onstar rep was way more pushy than anyone at the dealer. I would definitely recommend anyone buy from Jim Butler Linn Chevrolet and especially Adam Monroe. We will definitely suggest them to any one we know who are shopping for a new vehicle. Thanks Adam!
