Called in yesterday to purchase a vehicle, we agreed on price, I had them run my credit which is great. Next morning, vehicle had a bad carfax when I was told it was good….we again agreed on numbers and I price, I had them run my credit which is great. Next morning, vehicle had a bad carfax when I was told it was good….we again agreed on numbers and I told them to get the deal done. Two hours later I get a call saying they now had a customer in the store and they were going to now sell it to them. So they cheated me out of a deal due to lack of communication and due diligence and I’m left with a wasted credit inquiry on my file because their sales manager Adam is greedy and lazy! Absolutely terrible dealership! More

In order to fully recognize the experience I just had with CBB, it’s important to start with my story. Earlier this year, my father passed away suddenly and left our family with a brand new 4Runner that with CBB, it’s important to start with my story. Earlier this year, my father passed away suddenly and left our family with a brand new 4Runner that we could no longer use. Here we were with a 4 month old car, with jo use for it. Furthermore, we were having to worry about making the payments that we couldn’t afford. After visiting CBB, we were greeted like family. I explained the situation to John Swan, Danny, and Adam.
