We negotiated our price over the phone, applied for financing via their web site and made an appointment to test drive the car. We were in and out in about an hour, including the test drive, and did not receive a high pressure sales attack for add on accessories or service. I'd do it again! I had been contemplating purchasing a Honda CRV and since Valley Honda is the closest Honda dealer to me, I made a trip out there one evening to start I had been contemplating purchasing a Honda CRV and since Valley Honda is the closest Honda dealer to me, I made a trip out there one evening to start my search. I met Adam Payne and shared with him the options I was looking for, and, more importantly, my price point. I knew my price point would not work for a new CRV and would also be somewhat challenging to find a Certified Used with the low mileage and other options I wanted. Several weeks later, I received a call from Adam about a used CRV that had come in. It did meet what I was looking for, but after some thought, I decided I wanted to go a little newer. With some negotiating and give and take on both parts, I drove away in a 2015 Certified Used with low mileage and all the options I wanted. The best part of my whole experience was that never once did I experience any "pushy salesman tactics," which would have turned me off immediately! Without hesitation, I would recommend Adam Payne and the others at Valley Honda. More
