My biggest fear is not assisting someone who needs my help. As salespeople we solve problems. Problems cause pain. Salespeople are pain relievers. No one wants to be in pain. People pay big money to doctors, in order to make pain go away. I Don't think of it as "closing" someone. I think of it as putting an end to my prospect's pain. Quick, easy, positive, professional experience Adam Payne gave me and my husband excellent service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all our questions and has continued to follow up with us to make sure we are satisfied. David, who helped us with the finance end of the deal, was excellent as well. I really feel like we were well looked after. Everyone was very friendly. We were there during lunch time and they even offered us some of their pizza while we waited! More

Amazing service I was looking for a used Honda Pilot. There were none on the lot. The manager recalled that one of his salesmen had a Pilot that he was thinking abo I was looking for a used Honda Pilot. There were none on the lot.
