Adam, Was the best, no pressure, he took his time explaining all the options, The all process was a wonderful experience buying a new car. Adam also helped us by explaining all the technology , NAV., touchscreen, SiriusXM satellite radio, We are so happy we stopped in, and we were so lucky to have Adam available when we did. Adam really knew all the car options, today’s car you need learn how to operate all the fantastic new options. All the staff was wonderful, it was my best buying car experience. More

Updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from Hyundai of Central Florida, paid in full (cash), and the vehicle was certified, meaning it included a manufa I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from Hyundai of Central Florida, paid in full (cash), and the vehicle was certified, meaning it included a manufacturer-backed warranty and a 3-month grace period to bring up any issues. While our salesperson Adam was fantastic and this review should not reflect poorly on him, the rest of the dealership experience has been a huge letdown. Let me start with the good: Adam was amazing. He was low-pressure, responsive, honest, and made the buying process incredibly easy. He stayed in communication with me long after the sale—which is rare and appreciated. However, everything outside of my interaction with him has been frustrating and disappointing. Upon purchase, we were told: • A second key would be made and they’d contact us to schedule it. That never happened. • A rear wheel repair would be handled by their “wheel guy.” He never called or followed up. • A rear windshield wiper part was missing. Adam said he had it but couldn’t access it because it was in his manager’s desk. We still haven’t received it to this day. Despite multiple follow-ups and calls, I kept getting the runaround or no response at all. Then came the real issue: Two days after buying the car, a sensor malfunctioned in the rear. I contacted Adam and he got us an appointment, which was appreciated. My wife and two young kids waited nearly 3 hours at the dealership while the service advisor told me the car was not under warranty. I had to remind them it was a certified vehicle we had just bought. Eventually, after involving Adam, they confirmed it would be covered. But after hours of waiting, we were told the sensor had to be ordered. We live over an hour away (each way), so this was already a 6-hour ordeal with nothing fixed. I was told I’d be contacted within 4–5 days when the part arrived. Two weeks passed—nothing. I called, left messages, was told my advisor was “away,” and even then, someone finally checked and saw no part was ever ordered. No one followed up. When I finally got Eric on the phone, he said he’d call me back in 10 minutes. He didn’t. When I eventually got him again, I refused to hang up until I had a date the part would be in. He finally gave me a day. On that day—my only day off, which I typically use to take my toddler to gymnastics (she cried hysterically when I had to miss it)—I drove over an hour and waited another 4 hours, only to be told the sensor didn’t fix the problem. Now they said the relay also needed replacing, and claimed that wasn’t covered under warranty. I was furious. Why wasn’t this diagnosed when the car was in for 4 hours last time? I was told I’d have to come back again—with no loaner or rental provided. I nearly lost it. After all this time and travel, now I was being told to return again for something that might fix it? Eric eventually found me a loaner car, which I appreciated. I left my car there for 3 days. The relay repair was finally completed, no cost to me, and I returned the loaner. That said, the original issues were never resolved—no second key, no wheel repair, no wiper blade part. These were all promised at the time of sale, and I’m done wasting time chasing them down. I shouldn’t have to fight tooth and nail to get things done that were guaranteed when we purchased the car—especially when it’s a certified vehicle from a major dealership. Again—Adam deserves 5 stars though the wiper blade part he said he got should have been mailed to me or put on but The rest of the experience does not. I will not be recommending Hyundai of Central Florida and I hope management takes this seriously, because this was unacceptable. My family is still outraged by what’s joke it was. My advice to anyone who does buy from them do not buy a car that they promise to do anything to because they will not follow through with it. It’ll be up to you to chase people down over and over again and make them do their jobs. Ridiculous! More

This dealership has provided me my best carbine experience in my life. They Worked to find the exact car that I wanted and got it in ahead of schedule. There were no dealer added fees and no high-p experience in my life. They Worked to find the exact car that I wanted and got it in ahead of schedule.
