Power steering went out in 1 yr old vehicle. Had brought in on 2/5/24 and vehicle wasn't even looked at until 2/19/24. 2 Weeks?? Only vehicle we have, asked for a loaner and told all were out, so I had to incur $600 for a loaner for 2 weeks for them to "update the software and clean grease out of the power steering plug"??Car still makes strange noise when turning the wheel but won't go back there. Per the below, I didn't work with anyone in sales, management, or internet but it won;t let me submit without picking someone....strange. More

My purchase experience with Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep was great. From my initial contact with my salesman Adam Ricketson in internet sales, right through going to the dealership for closing and del Jeep was great. From my initial contact with my salesman Adam Ricketson in internet sales, right through going to the dealership for closing and delivery, it couldn't have been a more stress free and pleasant buying experience. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership during the transaction was friendly and professional. Matt Michelet in finance actually got me a better interest rate than my Credit Union was currently offering me. Daniel Carrichi made sure I felt comfortable pairing my electronics and using the Ram App to access all the info on my new Ram 1500 Classic. During my time at the dealership both the sales manager Cedric McHaney, and the general manager Matt Gianikas went out of their way to meet and chat with me to make sure I was getting all my questions answered and explained, in order to make an informed decision on my purchase. I actually felt like I was at one of those "we treat everybody great because nobody gets to haggle price with us dealerships".................. Except I wasn't! 😉 More
