Bought a used F-250, exactly met our specifications, had just come into the dealership. Adam Russell was great to work with, very accommodating to our needs and timeframes. No pressure sales, fantastic experience! Adam was very professional and low key from beginning to end. He allowed me to take the truck home overnight so I could show my wife and get her approval, sure bea professional and low key from beginning to end. When I arrived, the vehicle was pulled up front, full of gas and cleaned! Second vehicle I have bought from him and will do business in the future for sure with Adam and Bill Utter Ford! More

Adam Russell and Ken Schmitz were not welcoming throughout the entire sale. I was turned down on multiple offers and one of the offers included paying full price in exchange for a bed liner. The manager said that he didn't care about any offers and that he was going home. They said that there was no negotiating. A week later dropped the price. I asked for a owners manual that I haven't yet received in almost 4 months. Adam told me upon purchasing the pickup that he would get one for me. I've called Ken and left messages and still haven't gotten a follow-up response. The entire experience was and continues to be horrible with the exception of Toronto Spikes helping me in the financial department. He was very friendly and welcoming. And he also followed up with me as he said he would. I have not received a title in almost 4 months as well. I had to call to be issued another temporary tag. The is not the type of dealership that I would recommend to anyone due to such poor salesmanship, management, and follow-up. I am still waiting the the basic necessity things such as a owners manual and my tag! Can anyone help me??? More

internet vehicle purchase They had the vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. I live out of state and normally would have flown to Dallas and driven the car home. Unfortunately They had the vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. I live out of state and normally would have flown to Dallas and driven the car home. Unfortunately the coronavirus situation didn't allow that. So the salesman, Adam Russell, went out of his way to ensure I had all the vehicle information available for me to make an informed decision. The dealership identified a lender with favorable loan terms and provide contact information for me. They also provided a contact for a vehicle transport company so that I could negotiate a delivery schedule. Every contact with the dealership was professional and courteous. No high pressure, no "run-around". I wish every vehicle purchase went this smoothly! Thanks again to Adam and the entire team at Bill Utter Ford. More
