screen wouldn't go off when vehicle turned off, no music Adam was very attentive and said my battery would have gone dead if I hadn't brought car in. He updated a software program. MY CONCERN IS THIS: WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES SUBARU DOES HAVE......WHY ISN'T THERE A WARNING THAT WOULD FLASH TO TELL YOU TO GET HELP SOON? IF I WAS UP NORTH AND THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED I WOULD HAVE BEEN 60 MILES FROM A SUBARU DEALER SO IT REALLY BOTHERS ME THAT THIS HAPPENED. ALSO, WHEN MY CAR WAS IN FOR SERVICE, IF THERE WAS AN UPDATE ON SOFTWARE WHY WASN'T IT INSTALLED THEN? LET'S HOPE THAT SUBARU SENDS A NOTIFICATION OUT TO ALL OWNERS TO BRING CAR IN FOR SOFTWARE UPDATE BEFORE THIS HAPPENS TO THEM. More

I called ahead and a loaner car was available if needed (ultimately not used). I also had an issue with the gear shift that Adam was able to diagnose on the fly and provide options for me. Excellent Adam was excellent. He was courtesy, honest and very patient with all my questions. He gave what I believe was good advice and recommendations for t Adam was excellent. I felt that he was not trying to "over sell" and understood my budget. He broke down all the required services in a timeline so that I didn't feel overwhelmed by the cost or the needed services. Expectations were met ! At my appointment time I was greeted courteously and discussed the work to be done. When car was returned the scratch was gone, car was washed, work was completed and I was on my way. More

Courteous and timely I have only had great experiences at this dealer. The service department is great and the employees really care about you.
