I think customerService at the dealership has gone down in the last 15 years. I understand Toyota‘s especially for runners are a hot commodity right now. I have talked to two different sales people at this in the last 15 years. I understand Toyota‘s especially for runners are a hot commodity right now. I have talked to two different sales people at this location regarding a new forerunner as I am a Toyota committed customer since 1997. But my interactions with both of them are leading me to consider other options than Toyota.. Adam is a nice man, but it seems over the past few years that he has been my advisor. He seems exhausted and what comes across as overworked. The same thing happened when Gary was my advisor, which is the reason I moved to a different advisor. Gary is a much happier man in his new position and honestly, I would just go through the express service in the future. As much as I want to have a relationship with Toyota and my advisor it doesn’t feel like that is supported by the company any longer which shows through the advisor. More

Adam was professional and listened to me describe my vehicle issues. Unfortunately maintenance was swamped and it took awhile to get to me. When Adam reported the technician could not recreate the probl vehicle issues. Unfortunately maintenance was swamped and it took awhile to get to me. Adam recommended if I heard the noise again to record it and let him know. Of course when I got home I heard the same noise. I do, however, feel Adam and the technician were trying to help me.
