Adam goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of fairly, expediently, and professionally. During a recent visit, Adam had at least twelve of his own service customers/cases he was mana taken care of fairly, expediently, and professionally. During a recent visit, Adam had at least twelve of his own service customers/cases he was managing, but when other customers came in looking for a colleague who was not there, Adam took care of them like it was no big deal even though he had a lot going on himself. I would 100% recommend Adam Schweibish. More

I have talked to two different sales people at this in the last 15 years. I understand Toyota‘s especially for runners are a hot commodity right now. I have talked to two different sales people at this location regarding a new forerunner as I am a Toyota committed customer since 1997. But my interactions with both of them are leading me to consider other options than Toyota.. Adam is a nice man, but it seems over the past few years that he has been my advisor. He seems exhausted and what comes across as overworked. The same thing happened when Gary was my advisor, which is the reason I moved to a different advisor. Gary is a much happier man in his new position and honestly, I would just go through the express service in the future. As much as I want to have a relationship with Toyota and my advisor it doesn’t feel like that is supported by the company any longer which shows through the advisor. More
