Shopping for our new car was made easy and we felt valued. We felt welcomed, but not pressured. Dave, our salesperson, was friendly and knowledgable. Our questions were answered in detail. It was ok. The person behind the counter was great. However, they mentioned that I had a complimentary car wash and they didn’t even touch the car inside. Not even vacuuming the floor. Kia Sorento ex I went in to buy a 2019 Sorento leftover. When I got there I found it was a demo with 3,000 miles on it. The price for it was what I can buy a 2020 wi I went in to buy a 2019 Sorento leftover. When I got there I found it was a demo with 3,000 miles on it. The price for it was what I can buy a 2020 with no mileage. Needless to say after 3hr of playing the car switch game I walked out. I went Bob Bell Kia Baltimore and got the car for the price that was quoted on line. No shell game. I don't even think I will bring my new 2020 Sorento there for service. More

AVOID!!!!! Manager adahm is a complete liar!!!! I went there to extend my lease on my optima he first pretended it wasn’t a thing (I called on the phone and they offered it I never knew it was a thing) so there to extend my lease on my optima he first pretended it wasn’t a thing (I called on the phone and they offered it I never knew it was a thing) so he got me looking at other cars. I was 30,000 over miles and knew how much I’d have to pay if I turned my car in hence me going to extend my lease so I could BUY that car. He got me into a Kia stinger promising he’d pay off the last 2 months and all my miles on my optima. They wrote me a check for the last 2 months so they were good on that word but when I received my $5500 mile overage bill I went in and he pretended to not even know me!!!!! I asked so many times I’d my miles would be forgiven or paid off and he swore up and down they would be. Absolutely insane this place has no regard for you. Scam artist at best. Even the other managers agreed with me that no one in their right mind would turn in a car they intend to buy if they know how much they’ll have to pay on miles and admitted he lied. My credit is now ruined until I pay them. If you go here record them talking the whole time AND get everything EVERYTHING agreed upon with signatures!!! To make things worse my dad in his detective uniform was there with me when he lied. He got super nervous and finally “knew me” when I brought up my dad hearing that he’d pay for my miles the second time I went. He said forgiving miles isn’t a thing and that he doesn’t remember ever speaking to us. Do not EVER buy a car from them!!!! Horrible people!!!!!! More

They will com Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This dealership will do everything in its power to take advantage of you and make more money. They will completely lie to your face. While trying to purchase a lease after the 3 year term, they lied and said we had to give them the keys for them to do a "quality" check on the car. They said we had no other choice. They took the car and jacked up the price from what was agreed upon in the lease. We found out later we could have just sent a check straight to Kia. This dealership blatantly took advantage of a customer excited to pay a car after saving for three year. Its unfortunate these people exist. More
