First of all, Adam was a true professional who I felt really had my best interest at heart while helping me select my new car A very good experience. First of all, Adam was a true professional who I felt really had my best interest at heart while helping me select my new car. Very knowledgeable and helped me make my final decision as if I was a family member. I appreciated the straightforward manner in which everything was presented and the warm way I was treated by everyone. Although I was surprised when it came to my trade-in numbers, Adam took the time to educate me and explain how the process works so it isn't a big mystery anymore. I would also like to mention that Shawn in financing was a very genuine person and I am happy with the arrangements made for me. Combined with independent data I used through the CarGurus site, I am convinced that I made a good decision to buy, with the added bonus of doing business with a solid group of people. More
