Hello Brandy, we're sorry to hear the service on your vehicle was not what you expected regarding your coolant level issue, as our service team was unable to find any leaks after the diagnostic test. The technician however discovered a mixer of coolant in the windshield washer fluid reservoir, possibly being filled as the coolant does not have any direct contact with the washer fluid reservoir as they are two separate systems. We hope this may clear up any concerns you still have regarding your vehicle...

Sorry i know where the coolant goes and i know where the windshield fluid goes plus my windshield fluid was empty plus in not dumb just cause im a lady dont mean i dont know nothing about vehicle cause i do sorry
